Vision: North Metro Academy of Performing Arts will be the best charter school in the state of Georgia where students acquire the 21st century knowledge and skills ignited by the arts to be successful in high school and college.
Mission: NMAPA engages students in instruction that integrates academics and performing arts in ways that address the unique needs and interests of each student, while intentionally developing confidence, imagination and collaboration.

Red Ribbon Week
- Monday-Drug Free Ribbon Pledge
- Tuesday-Twin Day- students will find a friend/teacher that will dress alike to be an accountability partner against drugs.
- Wednesday-Flash Back Day- Students will dress in clothes from the early 2000's, 90's, the 80's. This day they will learn the history of Red Ribbon Week.
- Thursday- Black Out Day- Students and Faculty will wear all black to protest against drug use in the community.
- Friday-Put a cap on drugs, School Wide Drug-Free Walk- Students will make posters and participate in a walk around the parking lot.
