PROGRESS REPORTS AND PARENT CONFERENCES
It's hard to believe that we are almost through the month of September. October brings progress reports and parent conferences. Progress reports will be sent home in October to students that are currently considered at risk or at risk of retention. Parent conferences will be held during the week of October 12th. Teachers will be reaching out soon to schedule parent conferences with each parent.
STUDENT ATTENDANCE
SB 98 requires that schools must document daily participation of each student on each school day that distance learning is provided. Our goal is for 100% participation for each child every day which includes the "live" or synchronous learning sessions with their teacher, asynchronous learning and independent activities and assignments that are being submitted via Google Classroom or Seesaw. Teachers are documenting the students daily and weekly attendance. If your child is having difficulty participating in the daily expectations and routines, please reach out to us ASAP so we can resolve the issues. We have many support personnel on campus to support you and your child(ren) and we are here to help. Students will begin district assessments soon and it is critical that they are participating in the complete school day in order to be successful. Thank you for partnering with us to ensure our student's success.
