SBG Studio Time: Developing IPAs
in World Languages
Workshop Description
As the third workshop in the series on standards-based grading, this professional learning is intended to give world language teachers the opportunity to move deeper into standards-based grading practices by designing summative assessments. Participants analyze the components of an integrated performance assessment and work with teacher-facilitators to design an IPA using a sample theme and template based on the level of language proficiency of their students.
Participants are asked to bring earbuds and a device. Some laptops will be available.
