John Nash
John is an educator, researcher and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in Silicon Valley applying innovative ideas to education and the social sector. He’s the founding director (Chief of Surprise and Delight) of the dLab at the University of Kentucky and an associate professor in Department of Educational Leadership Studies. He was formerly the Director of Evaluation at the Stanford Center for Innovations in Learning and Associate Director of Research and Assessment at the Stanford Learning Lab.
Dan Gilbert
Dan is the founder of Learning Innovations Inc. He works with educators and non-profit leaders around the world to design, carry out and evaluate innovative learning activities. Previously, Dan taught courses in Stanford’s School of Education and worked with Stanford faculty to create experimental learning experiences. He has consulted with museums, worked for high-tech start-ups and taught English in the United States and Japan. Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Learning, Design and Technology from Stanford.
