Plan B Update...

As mentioned in previous communications, the NEW Plan B model will begin on Monday, October 12, 2020.

Details are as follows:

  • Group A = Students with last names A-K (Monday/Tuesday)
  • Group B = Students with last names L-Z (Thursday/Friday)

**We will make sure that siblings and family members with different last names are placed in the same group.

**Due to the logistics of this process, as well as transportation needs, we will not be taking requests to make changes to your group. We appreciate your understanding!

More Details

Beginning on Monday, October 12 students in groups A and B will rotate in-person and remote attendance, with students in Group A attending on Monday and Tuesday and students in Group B attending on Thursday and Friday.

Wednesday will be a remote learning day for ALL students. NO STUDENTS will come to school on WEDNESDAY.

Families who want a full remote option will be able to participate in a 100% remote learning option.

Group A/B assignments should have been communicated by your child's teacher. If you do not have this information, please contact your homeroom teacher or call the school so we can get your group assignment.

Students served with an Individualized Education Program or IEP, and students designated as English Language learners will be invited to attend both A and B days. Wednesdays will be a remote learning day for these students as well and they will not come to school.

Under the Plan B, AA/BB schedule, face coverings and social distancing guidelines are a requirement. We appreciate your continued support with this as we transition into the school building.

Big picture

In the Loop

We will have more to share in the days and weeks ahead about what instruction will look like for students while they are in class and working remotely. For now, though, our focus is on getting families the information they need to plan, based on student groupings.

Thank you for your continued support, patience, and understanding as we work towards getting our students back into our building and seeing them face to face.
