Please complete the form only if you know that your child WILL NOT be returning and have him/her return it to the counseling office.
Thank you for your assistance.
News from our Nurse
All 6th grade parents should have received a letter in the mail stating which shots their child needs for next year. Shots are due by the first day of school, Aug.22, 2016.
If your student has already had the required shots, please send in a current immunization record or ask the dr. office to fax it to Tex Hill Atten: Nurse McVay at 210-494-2380. We would like to thank the parents that have already submitted the shot records for next school year.
Jag Jam - A family fun even for the whole Johnson Community on the athletic fields of Johnson High School from 2:00-6:00pm
Wristbands cost $10 at the door and include unlimited play on 5 inflatables as well as all the athlete games. Wristbands may be purchased in advance for $5, at JHS and all feeder schools (more info to come). The ever popular DUNKING BOOTH will be back and for only $1 you can try to dunk a Jaguar Coach! Favorite Jaguar coaches and athletes will run athletic games. You can hang out with JHS Athletic Stars and mascots from the cluster schools or meet a firefighter and tour the truck. Come hungry, as your favorite booster club chefs will be firing up the grill. Desserts and Kona Ice will be available.
UPDATED: 8th grade celebration
Special Notice: This event is a reward for a great 8th grade year. If any 8th grader is assigned In School Suspension from April 13th through the end of the school year, they will not be able to attend and participate in this event.
