Brock Intent to Return for the 2022-2023 school year

If you have already filled out the form, you do not need to fill it out again.

It is important that we have correct residency information in order to plan for and staff the 2022-2023 school year. Your help will allow us to prepare for our students for next year. Please complete the information on this form and submit it by Friday, April 1, 2022. Thank you for the opportunity to partner with you in your child's education. Please complete a separate form for each of your Brock students.

**Finally, it's so easy to get carried away with work and “life” but “life” is in front of you - your children. Watch this video.

Jesse Jackson said, “Your children need your presence more than your presents.”
