Seven Hills Elementary...The Adventure Begins HERE!
This is a brief overview of the campus professional learning plan beginning this week. We will share a more detailed plan with you each day/week.

THEME TEAMS:
The communication about Theme Teams from last spring and this summer is below. If you haven't already done so, please at least begin collaborating with your team. ILT and LHT members were asked to make sure each of their teammates was on a team and that each team had a leader. There will be some time during our PD week to work, but some of these projects are large and need to begin sooner than later. :). Can't wait to see everyone's genius come together to make the walls of the hills come alive!
A folder for the theme for next year has been created:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1aLtcz4tR1Y-GYi-O7OWLSPY3ADssEPhp
In the folder you will find the slides from the reveal if you would like to take a closer look. There is also a sign-up for you to choose which team you would like to work with (note: all staff will be a member of a team).
- Shout out to those who already signed up.
- The tree team is full. Trees, please designate a team lead to be the point person on this. We will want to make a template and give out paper for cutting before you leave for summer. Tree Team...are you ready?
- We will need staff on all teams, and we will need a lead on each.
Q also included a map of where each feature will be included from the theme team. If you find an idea you can add a picture to the folder.
Thanks!

Campus and District Announcements and Updates:
Classroom Furniture: Please do not move items from one classroom to another without asking. You may be moving someone's personal belongings. You may be moving furniture moved into a classroom for a specific purpose. Do not assume that because a teacher moved out of a room or no longer teaches at 7 Hills that anything in that classroom is free for the taking. If you moved things without asking, please let an administrator know what you moved and why, or move it back to its original location no questions asked. Thank you so much.
Unwanted Furniture and Trash: The custodians are busy completing summer cleaning. They ARE NOT cleaning rooms, emptying trash, etc. Be proactive and remember, you are in charge of you. If you have trash, boxes, etc. you need to be responsible for your mess. Please do not leave this for the custodians. It will slow down the summer cleaning process, creating additional delays and problems. NOTHING should be placed on the stage! Move unwanted items to a corner of your room. More details will be coming. Do NOT leave trash, boxes, or unwanted items in the halls outside of your classroom OR in the area with the large trash cans. Take trash to the dumpsters. . Thank you in advance for helping us manage the back to school cleaning process.
