Career Services-COBA Spring 2016 Newsletter

Meet Hillary King, COBA Career Development Coordinator

Hello! Many of you have already met me through my previous position as the Career Services Coordinator for Marketing and Outreach. As a recent Tarleton COBA graduate from the Management and Leadership program, I am really excited to give back to the College of Business.

I am most excited to be located here in the College of Business where I will have the opportunity to see you all, as well as the students on a daily basis. My goal for this position is to foster relationships with both the faculty and students here so that I can better meet the specific needs for this particular college. I look forward to meeting each of you over the next semester!

Meet, Eat, and Greet at Career Services-COBA 185C

Date: Wednesday, February 10, 2016

Time: 8:00am-12:00pm

Location: COBA 185C

Stop by for a donut (or three) and coffee! While you are here we can exchange professional development ideas and I will be available to answer any questions you may have about our services.

*Note: This is for faculty only! Don't send your students during this time, or you will be sharing donuts with them!

A Focus on Faculty

Faculty: You are invaluable to our department. Not only can you share knowledge with us about your field, but you are also a great incentive for students to utilize our services. Most of our first points of contact with students are due to your support. Most students will not utilize our services unless they have met us in class, completed a required resume critique for class, and so forth. We can't thank you enough for your continuous support. I look forward to collaborating and partnering with you in the future!

Top Faculty Supporters:

These six faculty members have continuously supported our services over the past few semesters. We appreciate your dedication and support!
