We are pleased to announce our Citizens of the Month for March.

These students have worked hard all month to uphold the values of our RO Constitution.

Our school community is pROud of these students and their commitment to RO.

RO Virtual PTA Meeting TONIGHT

If you want to be involved with planning and/or volunteering for upcoming events like Book Fair, Teacher Appreciation Week, Field Days, or Fifth Grade Farewell, you are welcome to attend the virtual RO PTA Meeting tonight at 7:00pm

We use Google Meet, similar to parent conferences. It is always easier to use your student's Chromebook to login.

The Meet Link is here.

Reminder: Water Bottles for Your Students

Please ensure your child brings in a labeled water bottle everyday to be able to use the water stations around the school. We are no longer providing paper cups for students next to our refill stations.

Lost & Found

Having you been asking your student to bring home that jacket or sweatshirt? Chances are that item is in this massive pile! We are asking classroom teachers to bring students to view lost and found to ensure they have all of their belongings this week. Any unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity during April vacation week.

RO Book Fair: Request for Volunteers

We are pleased to announce the return of the RO Book Fair. It will be held on Monday, 4/25-Thursday, 4/28. We need about 3-4 volunteers for each shift (2 shifts per day). The AM volunteers would need to arrive by 8:40am and the afternoon volunteers would need to stay until about 2:40pm. Please use the Sign Up Genius RO BOOK FAIR to reserve your volunteer spot!

All volunteers must have a valid CORI Background Check on file. CORI checks are valid for 3 years. If you are unsure if your CORI is up-to-date, please reach out to the RO Office. For a CORI form, please visit the EPS website: CORI Information (can be found 3/4 of the way down the page). CORIs may be returned to 50 Oliver Street or emailed to jallen@easton.k12.ma.us with a copy of your driver's license as well.

The district is requesting that all volunteers Covid test AT HOME prior to volunteering. You can obtain a home test through the main office at RO. For those volunteering on multiple days within the week, you only need to test once. An EPS Volunteer Form must also be filled out and can be returned to RO on the day you come in to volunteer. Thank you in advance for your willingness to volunteer and support RO!

Student Activity Fees - Past Due

This is a friendly reminder to make sure you pay your student's activity fee for the 2021-2022 school year. We use these funds for many of the enrichment programs throughout the year, including NRT.

For your convenience, payment can be made through the following website: www.myschoolbucks.com. If you are only able to pay by check, please make the check payable to Easton Public Schools and in the memo, please indicate it is for the student activity fee and include your child’s name. We do not accept any cash payments. Please ensure you do not pay more than once. Unfortunately, the system does not prevent this.

Please note: Students who are on free/reduced lunch are exempt from this fee.
