Any staff that wants to go support students, we will plan a dinner at Il Lazzarone on 412 Delaware (pizza) after their competition!
Friday: Fairfax Academy will be visiting LA in the AM.
*Positive Press: There's an LA Post Card in your mailbox. PLEASE, recognize a student who has done something well, and get it to Debi this week! :) . Also, PLEASE remember that it is a postcard; ask Debi if you need a reminder on the white space areas that can't be written on. Thanks!
**Thank you, Andrea, for helping present H.O.P.E. awards! If you're in the district, try to catch the replay on Channel 18! Congratulate our award winners: Barrett, Mya, CJ, and Meira.
***I've asked parents to sign up for conferences. ANYONE who works with that student should plan to attend at the assigned time in the south conference room (like a team conference). To see your schedule, look here!
Upcoming dates to note:
March 12/13: P/T Conferences
March 14th: BIST (email Melissa to meet with Judith for 10-15 mins)
March 15th: Early Release PD (Unit of Instruction)
March 16th: No School
Conscious Discipline: There is an opportunity for a week of training during the last week of June in Liberty. IF this is something we can send people to, let Melissa know if you'd be interested in attending. Cost for us is TBD.
Congratulations, Chad!
