A: No, you can only be a member of one Team. If you would like to be a member of a Smore Team but are currently a member of another, please ask the Owner or an Admin of your current Smore Team to remove you from the team.
Once your account has been removed from the Team, it will be free to join another.
Q: What happens when my account is removed from one Smore for Team and added to another?
A: All of the original newsletters and mailing lists created while a member of the Team plan will be moved to the Team plan Owner's profile due to intellectual property laws.
Duplicate copies of the newsletters will then be automatically created by our system and moved to your account. The duplicate copies will be exactly the same as the originals in draft format, but will not retain any of the Analytics information available from the original copies.
