The Warrior Way

Week of March 21st

" I love my evaluate score like Olaf loves hugs"!!!

I have told all of you how excited I get as Evaluate scores come in each month! This month is no different. We are seeing outstanding progress and most importantly the kids are feeling good about their accomplishments! As I walk the halls I am constantly stopped by individuals or whole classes who want to share their latest results! This continues to highlight the power of goal setting and clear feedback.

This past week as I was leaving a fourth grade room one student stopped me to let me know how she felt about her evaluate scores. She told me, "I love my Evaluate scores like Olaf loves hugs", with a huge smile on her face! I asked her if I could share that with teachers and families and she responded with an even bigger smile and a yes. Thank you for helping our students feel this good about themselves and the progress they are making academically. When students see that their hard work is paying off they are motivated to work even harder.

Proud to Be a Warrior!!
