Who he was
Chiang Kai-Shek was a Chinese political and military leader who served the leader of Republic of China between 1928 and 1975. He is known as Jiang Jieshi (Chiang Chieh-shih, 蔣介石) orJiang Zhongzheng (Chiang Chung-cheng, 蔣中正) in standered chinese. Then Chiang led the Northern Expedition to unify the country, becoming China's nominal leader.
Early life
He was born in a town called Xikou. He was born to a upper-class family that where salt merchants. When he was eight his father died and he lived with his mother until he when to a boarding school.

When he heard of the outbreak of the Wuchang Dynasty he returned to china to fight. HE had fought as a artillery officer in where he had fought with his former mentor and good friend. They had fought for a year and still they succeeded. Later Chiang finds out about a assassination that will happen to his mentor. So he was able to defete the assassin.

When Sun Yat-sen died many people wanted power. But some had recognized Chiangs success and assigned him to be commander in chief of the National Revolution Army. Where he became the general. In the Soviet Union called Chiang the Red General. Chiang the rounded up communist and massacred them.

Chiang had settled in Taiwan for 26 years and he was there. But soon after he had pneumania. Then suffered a kidney failure to then his death by a heart Attack.
