5 Things Happening at Gulf Coast
- There will be no school Friday April 19th and Monday April 22nd. Have a great long weekend!
- The District and Gulf Coast High School value a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment. We care about what our students think and about their experiences at school. This spring, we will again ask our students how school staff can best support them socially and emotionally. Students will be taking a brief survey during the window of April 15-April 30, 2019. These anonymous results will allow us to address overall school-wide trends. Additionally family and community resources are available at http://www.collierschools.com/townhall. Please contact Mr. Joseph Mikulski with any questions.
- Interim report cards will be distributed May 1st.
- There will be a School Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting on April 29th in the Media Center at 5:30 pm.
- Seniors...remember to get your signed permission slips to the Attendance Office so you are able to leave school early after taking your final exams.
Robotics Team
Our Robotics team came in 3rd place Saturday at the annual STEAM Competition held at FSW. Each place was decided by a single point spread. It was very exciting with plenty of robot to robot combat. The team members worked well together repairing and programming their robots as the completion unfolded.
