Patriot Pulse
October 6th Edition
Hello Grissom Families,
Happy October! I hope this message finds you in good spirits.
We are enjoying a fantastic school year. Our students have truly impressed us with their enthusiasm for learning, their creativity, and their positive attitudes. It's been a pleasure to witness their growth and engagement both in and outside the classroom. The dedication of our teaching staff, combined with your ongoing support, has set the foundation for another successful school year.
I want to congratulate our fall sports teams for fantastic seasons! Both our boys and girls softball teams finished in 3rd place in the SWIC conference tournament! Our Cross Country teams also completed another successful season - our girls finished in 4th place in the conference race.
I also want to congratulate our Art Club for receiving recognition in Tinley Park's "Benches on the Avenue" art program. They were awarded "Best Group Project". Way to go Patriots!
There is much happening in the coming weeks at GMS. Read on to learn more about what is in store in this edition of the Patriot Pulse.
With warm regards,
Mr. Michael Rumbaugh - Principal
