Lead Learner Highlights

It has been a week full of learning and we also had the opportunity to hear some amazing music by our 6th grade musicians. We hope to see you at the MLK Celebration on Monday at Town Hall where our KP Singers will perform. The 2nd quarter closes on Wednesday (Jan. 20). Please take some time to speak with your child about their progress and feel free to reach out to their teacher(s) with any questions or concerns. Do not forget to mark your calendars for our upcoming Math Night featuring how teachers are using Khan Academy. And as you enjoy the long weekend, be sure to reflect on Dr. King's legacy of justice, peace and service.

Math Night January 25th at 6:30PM

Parents/Guardians, please join us for an introduction and interactive session to the tutorial program that KP math teachers are using: Khan Academy. Come learn about its benefits and how you can support its use at home. We'll be meeting in the computer labs near the library. We will have students there to demonstrate but feel free to make it an opportunity to learn with your KP Student.
