Cardiovascular endurance
I chose this picture for cardiovascular endurance because by her exercising she using the ability of her heart, lungs and blood vessels. This is delivering oxygen to her body tissues.
Muscular Strength
I chose this picture for muscular strength because by doing push-ups your using force within the muscle causing you to become stronger.
Muscular Endurance
I chose this picture for muscular endurance because by lifting weights your constantly moving your muscles over a length of time.
Flexibility
I chose this picture for flexibility because by stretching your body, you began using a range of movement at various joints.
Body composition
I chose this picture for body composition because it shows how healthy and unhealthy you can be. It also tells you the percentage of your body fat compared to your lean body mass.
Speed
I chose this picture for speed because when your running its giving your body the ability to go from one place to another in a straight line.
Agility
I chose this picture for agility because by playing tennis your body changes positions quickly. Especially when you run up and hit the ball to the other player with the tennis racket.
Balance
I chose this picture for balance because by doing a hand stand you are using the ability to hold an upright posture while still moving.
Coordination
I chose this picture for coordination because by catching or throwing a ball up in the air. You are using your hand movement with the input of your 5 senses
Reaction Time
I chose this picture for reaction time because it shows a perfect example of how the ball hit the girl either because she wasn't paying attention or she did not have time to react to the hand movement of someone else that threw the ball at her{ in her direction}.
Power
I chose this picture for power because this girl is showing her strength to work at an explosive pace.
