How it works.
Eat This, Not That
- Sea food
- Lean Beef
- Lean Poultry: skin less chicken or turkey breast
- Vegetables: Broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, eggplant, lettuce, mushrooms, tomatoes.
- Dairy: 1% milk, and fat-free plain yogurt
- Oil: Canola or olive
- Sugars: No more then 75 calories a day.
Avoid: Starchy foods: Pasta, rice, cereal, and potatoes: All fruits; Cheese; Vegetables: Carrots, Barley, corn, yams, and beets.
