ITEC Student Technology Fair
Sharing Student Success
Student Technology Fairs 2016
ITEC sponsors regional student technology fairs each spring. The technology fairs offer K-12 students an opportunity to showcase technology-based projects created as part of their instructional curriculum in their schools.
Almost 300 projects will be presented statewide. The projects span eight different categories including web presence, programming, video/linear presentation, graphics/publishing, 3-D rendering/non-linear animation, music/sound design, mobile apps, and innovative technology use.
Each project is reviewed by local judges and those students receiving purple ribbon awards are invited to showcase their project at the ITEC conference in October.

Want to Judge?
This is a wonderful opportunity for students to showcase their technology-based projects and gain experience presenting to an adult. If you enjoy working with youth and have an interest in student centered activities, please consider being a volunteer judge at our fairs. We need over 50 volunteers this year between the two fairs! Computer expertise is not necessary and judges will work in pairs.
