100WomenStrong Grants $377,400 in COVID-19 Crisis Response Funding
Since the pandemic hit, 100WomenStrong has disbursed $302,400 in grants to 31 nonprofit organizations (including $25,000 to support rental assistance through the Community Emergency Relief Fund), $50,000 to create a Pay it Forward low-interest loan program for Loudoun residents, and $25,000 worth of PPE to first responders in Loudoun. Launching the Racial Equity Framework Program for Nonprofits, Starting with The Onion Dialogues
In July we launched the Racial Equity Framework, a three-part program providing nonprofit professionals and government partners tools for addressing race and racism, allyship, and organizational equity. In the first series of the program we offer The Onion Dialogues, a workshop presented by Amy Owen and Tamara Copeland.
