A meeting will be held for students in grades 9-12 planning to join the Plano FFA Chapter. The FFA officers will conduct the meeting & inform members of the opportunities available throughout this school year.


The Booster Club will have a meeting for parents. The booster club board members & advisors will be on hand to offer information for new & returning parents.

National Convention Applications Due

Attending the National FFA Convention is open to any active FFA member grades 9-12. PISD provides scholarships for students to attend the Convention, if you do not receive a scholarship you are welcome to pay your own way. Freshman & 1st Year Sophomore Students

Freshman & sophomore members are encouraged to attend the Area V Greenhand Camp to meet other new FFA members and learn more about our great organization. PISD transportation is provided.

Join HFM & the Junior League of Collin County for Farmstead Yoga on North Texas Giving Day. Plano FFA members will be volunteering with the HFM animals.

1st Junior FFA Meeting

Plano Junior FFA is for students grades 3-8 that will attend Plano Senior High. Junior FFA members can participate in monthly meetings, ag mech/livestock/floral show projects, speech contests, and learn more information about the agriculture industry.


Parents are encouraged to stay for a separate meeting. Dinner will be provided.

National FFA Convention Informational Meeting

Attendance at this meeting is MANDATORY for any student attending the National FFA Convention. Bring your parents.

Ag Awareness Day at the State Fair

All FFA members will be attending the State Fair of Texas!


Tuesday, October 9


Meet at the Parker Road DART station no later than 7:30 AM wearing your new Plano FFA shirt. Bring 2 canned food items, money for the DART ride & for food at the fair. Plano FFA will cover your admission fee.
