March News and Events
March 3, 2023
Principal's Corner
The year is flying by! Next week already marks the end of Trimester 2. Staff will spend time on Friday, March 10th completing report cards and planning for Trimester 3. The following week, March 13-17 is our district's spring break and we hope you have an opportunity to spend extra time with your student(s).
Need some ideas to keep your student(s) busy? Our Character Trait for the month of March is "Cooperation" and spring break would be a great time to reinforce this skill at home by having your student(s) help make dinner or complete chores around the house.
Have a wonderful Spring Break and let's make Trimester 3 the best one yet!
Lillian DeRung
Principal
Our health office is running extremely low on extra clothing to send students home in when mishaps occur. If you happen to be cleaning out your closets and are willing to donate your kid's extra clothes to our health office, it would be greatly appreciated. You can send items with your student to school or drop them off at door 1 and alert the main office.
Some of the items that we are most in need of are pants (especially leggings/sweatpants), short and long sleeved shirts and shoes. We are also in need of boys and girls underwear. ** Must be NEW and UNUSED **
Thank you for your help,
