Backpack Program Food Drive
National Business Honor Society will be conducting the annual Backpack Program Food Drive. For those of you new to the district, this program provides meals to students who may not have access to food at times when they are not in school (weekends and holidays).
Each grade level is asked to focus on specific items that are easily transported.
- 7th Grade-Breakfast items: bars, oatmeal, Poptarts, individual size cereals
- 8th Grade-Individual snacks: granola bars, crackers, individually wrapped items, etc.
- 9th Grade-Lunch items: Soups, Ramen Noodles, Mac and Cheese, Spaghettios
- 10th Grade-Canned fruit, juice boxes, Capri Suns
- 11th Grade-Canned vegetables
- 12th Grade-Soups, Ramen Noodles, Mac and Cheese, Spaghettios
Boxes with collection item signs will be placed in homerooms. We would like to kick-off the food drive for Spirit Week! The homeroom with the most items will win a pizza party during an activity period

PSAT testing at Crestwood
Beginning Monday, September 23rd, the guidance office will be accepting registration for PSAT sign ups. The test will be given during school hours on Wednesday, October 16th. To register, have a check made out to Crestwood Secondary Campus in the amount of $17.

Pink out for cancer research - Oct 11
The cheerleaders are holding a fundraiser to raise breast cancer awareness. The Pink Game will be held on Friday 10/11/2019 as the Comets take on Berwick.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen foundation.

The Voice of Democracy Program is open to students in grades 9-12 (Oct. 31 deadline), who are enrolled in a public, private or parochial high school or home study program in the United States and its territories.
We want to reach as many patriotic students as possible to compete for the grand prize: $30,000 paid directly to the American college, university or vocational/technical school of their choice!
