PTO Sponsored Assembly on 2/15 (for students)
Thank you to the PTO for sponsoring the UPCOMING 2/15 Assembly!
The assembly is called Learn, Laugh, & Let Go. It’s an interactive health, wellness and stress relief show by Robert Rivest. Robert takes a humorous look at modern day stress and what we can do about it. Using mime, comedy, insight, and interaction Robert offers both "comic relief" and practical stress relieving techniques.

Conferences and Report Cards
Conferences are 3/6, 3/7 and 3/8.
3/6 and 3/7 Half- Day for Students. Dismissal @ 11:40. No student lunches.
3/8 No school for Students.

Summer Enrichment Opportunities
The West Chester Area School District is pleased to announce a partnership with the Chester County Night School to offer more than 20 summer enrichment opportunities for students. Please take a moment to review the variety of activities offered for one to two weeks this July. All classes are taught by certified WCASD teachers in our schools.
- What: Exciting, fun, and affordable summer classes covering lots of subjects!
- Where: Most classes are at Rustin High School. Some classes for younger students are at Penn Wood Elementary.
- When: July 8-19 (one week and two week sessions available)
- Who: Any student from pre-school to high school from any school. This is NOT restricted to WCASD students. Parochial, private, and students from other districts are more than welcome.Taught by WCASD certified teachers.

Outdoor Recess
If weather permits, we go out for all or part of recess. Please send your child in with hats, gloves and coats and please label the items. We accumulate lots of extras this time of year and the labeling will help us get the winter items back to you.
