Have you ever heard "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day"? Well, actually, it is! Skipping breakfast can cause you to gain weight and can make it hard to maintain a certain weight. Nutrition is the science that interprets the interaction of nutrients and other substances in food. Nutrition helps you break down the nutrients in food to help us grow stronger bones and keep healthy.


It's also a good idea to eat a healthy breakfast. The healthier you eat in the morning the less you want to eat during the day. If you eat junk food you will get a sugar rush but then crash and need to refuel only minutes later. This becomes an unhealthy cycle and can cause you to gain a lot of weight in no time at all. Breakfast jump starts your day with the energy it needs without the crash afterwards. It helps your brain to focus and help you complete tasks correctly and efficiently.
