Dear Robert Hunter families,
We had so much fun celebrating Halloween with Cohort A and look forward to our celebration with Cohort B on Monday! RH teachers have been creative in planning Halloween fun for our students - whether in person or virtually! Thank you to our homeroom parents who also helped make great memories for our students in spite of the challenges! We are so glad that we were still able to come together as a school virtually and see each other’s costumes in our Zoom parade! We will have another Zoom parade with Cohort B on Monday! We love to connect with our Raccoon family!
School pictures were a success - the weather was great for outdoor photo sessions! Thank you to our PTO for organizing this event! If your child was not able to attend and you are interested in having their picture taken, you can sign up for our make-up date, Nov. 11th. Also, thank you to everyone who participated in the virtual book fair!
We are so happy to hear that many classes are connecting outside of school. For any gatherings organized by homeroom parents, we ask that you model the same health and safety guidelines that we have at school, including wearing masks and maintaining distance.
As a reminder, while working virtually and you find yourself not being able to get into a Zoom link, please call the main office directly at 908-284-7620 so we can assist you. While teachers are instructing students, they are not checking their emails, and the best way to communicate is through the main office.
Thank you for your continued partnership!
Mrs. Glaab and Mrs. Braynor

Parent Contact Information
Homeroom parents are looking to collect contact information in order to share information with all families. Our school is not able to share contact information, so this must come directly from families. Please consider providing your contact information to the PTO so that homeroom families can communicate with everyone! If you haven’t already done so, please complete this form with your contact information:
Drop-off Notes
A few notes about student drop-off:
Parking and walking to the main entrance is not permitted. You must drop off through the car drop-off line.
Please have your children ready with backpacks and masks before getting out of the car. This will help to keep the drop-off line moving and ensure everyone starts the day on time.
Materials Pick-up
Material pick-up for virtual instruction will be Wednesday, Nov. 4th since school is closed on Friday. Teachers will let you know if materials are available for you to pick up.
Parent-teacher Conferences
Conferences will be held virtually on Nov. 18th and 23rd in the afternoon and Nov. 19th and 24th in the evening. Please ensure that you have scheduled a conference with your child’s teacher. If you would like a translator to be present, let the teacher know. Please note - conference days are considered “Early Dismissal” days, so there will be no Zoom classes scheduled after 1:20. We look forward to families and teachers having the opportunity to discuss their children’s growth together.
School Lunch
Starting on Monday, Nov. 2nd, hot lunches will be available as an option for students. Students need to let their teacher know in the morning if they would like hot lunch. Bagel bags will also still be available. Since school is closed this Friday, meal pick-up for students on remote instruction will be on Wednesday, Nov. 4th from 1:30-3:00 at the side parking lot - a week's worth of food is provided for students who are learning remotely.
Please see the November lunch menus on the district website or here:
