• No School - Memorial Day

• School uniform is not required on this day.
• PK & 1st grade awards ceremony at 8:30am
• Invitations were issued to students who will be receiving an award.
• This is an awards ceremony. This is not a promotion ceremony.
• The dress code for students is semiformal.
• Parents who attend, please use the back cafeteria door entrance. The doors will close promptly at 8:30am.
• Guests who wish to bring balloons as gifts for their child will be asked to sit in the back row of the audience, so that the balloons do not block anyone’s view.
• We also ask that audience members stay until the end of the ceremony. Please do not attempt to take your child out early from the ceremony after they have received their award. Thank you for being respectful of all students participating in the ceremony.
• Chess club end of year break celebration at 9:30am.
• 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade awards ceremony at 1:30pm

• Last day of school!
• School uniform is not required on this day.
• All kindergarten and 5th grade students, please DO NOT bring a backpack today.
• Kindergarten Promotion Ceremony at 8:15am.
• All kindergarten students received an invitation.
• Student dress code is the Carrillo blue cap & gown. Some students wanted to take home their cap to decorate. Please remember, you are responsible for making sure your child has their cap on the day of the ceremony.
• Students must arrive to school by 7:30am. Any student, who arrives late, WILL NOT participate in the ceremony.
• This year, there is no limit on the guests who can attend. Please Park in the back and use the back cafeteria entrance doors.
• Please keep in mind that the doors open at 7:45am and will close promptly at 8:15am.

• Once the kindergarten promotion ceremony has concluded, we kindly ask that you quickly take pictures and then exit, as our 5th grade promotion ceremony will begin immediately at 10:15am.

• Student dress code is semiformal. Skirts and dresses must be knee-length. No spaghetti straps and no low cut v neck tops. Please dress semiformal but school appropriate.
• This year, there is no limit on the guests who can attend. Please Park in the back and use the back cafeteria entrance doors.
  
• Please keep in mind that the doors for the 5th grade ceremony will open at 9:50am and will close promptly at 10:15am. Any 5th grade parent or guest caught attempting to enter when the kindergarten ceremony concludes will be asked to leave. We ask that everyone be kind and respectful of our rules and expectations.
