We have almost made it to the halfway point of the school year! I can't believe it, seems like time is flying by. The schedule for the week before break is below.

• Monday (12/16) - Regular day
• Tuesday (12/17) - Regular day
• Wednesday (12/18) - Christmas party, Regular day
• Thursday (12/19) - Last day of workout before break
• Friday (12/20) - NO workout, half day of school. Gymnasts need to report to their home campus before 8:40 am. They should be reporting to their usual places for half days but I am waiting for answers from the campuses. I will email if something is different than the usual.

The gym will be open over break for open workout. It will be open from 9 am to 11 am on Dec. 30 & 31 and Jan 2 & 3. This is not required just an opportunity for those who want to come workout a little.

There are still some who have not paid they team fees or have not paid them in full. I will be sending out notifications. At this point in the year we ask that you please pay in cash only. If you need help I completely understand just let me know.

The girls currently have a google classroom. This is where they will have assignments to do their meet data/reflection. If they did not compete in a meet they just have to turn in what they would like to work on in order to compete in the next meet. Currently the boys do not have a google classroom but they may be getting one.

Parents if you are following the instagram page bisd_gymnastics please know that that account is no longer managed by an employee of the district. Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!

New this year the doors will open at 6:30, gymnasts will need to be on the floor and ready to go by 6:45 am. This is a change from last year and is different from the time listed on the team expectations, sorry for not getting that updated.

We need ALL gymnasts to have a completed physical & medical history(by a physician) and on line forms completed. Here is the link for the physical form and here is the ink for the online forms. *** If a gymnast is not cleared for participation, that means physical complete and turned in as well as all online forms completed, by the end of day Thursday Aug. 29th we will contact the campus Friday 8/30 to have them removed from gymnastics***

Your gymnast should have brought home a copy of the team expectations for your signature. If they have not a copy is below. The form that went home may have still said 6:30 for the start time but the one below has been updated to match the new time.
