SJHS Strives To Be Peanut Free.
New And Noteworthy With Mrs. Nile
"I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers." –L.M. Montgomery.
October is a busy month for SJHS. Walk to school, Fall Break, first nine weeks grade cards, and Red Ribbon Week are a few of the activities we will have here.
Even with lots of activities planned here, we are really focusing and working hard in the classroom. Talk with your students nightly and ask them what they are learning in class. You will probably not get an answer, but push them to communicate what they are learning in the classroom. If you cannot access ParentVue to check your students’ grades, please reach out to me and I will do my best to get that set up for you so you are aware of grades. Another good resource to “be in the know” at SJHS is to watch the school news on our website. Our students do an amazing job keeping the students, faculty and families informed of events. Use that resource daily. We want parents, guardians and students to be aware of all events at SJHS.
As always, if you need anything please reach out to either myself at nicki.nile@scstn.net or call the school office. We are a TEAM at SJHS!!!
