Fellowship of Christian Athletes
This year, you have the chance to make Every day count. Did you know that Rockford Public Schools logo says “EVERY” student, space, day? How cool is that! Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is starting a group here at North Rockford Middle School.
Our theme has the word EVERY in it, too! The Every Challenge is designed as the starting point to help you build a strong foundation for your year. You are not alone; we want to be with you every step of the way! Join alongside fellow competitors as we dive into the book of Ephesians and shift our focus from the things of this world to the blessings in Christ.
Please join us every other Friday morning for our FCA “Huddles” from 7:00-7:30 AM in the
NRMS Auditorium. Let’s make EVERY DAY count. Come and see! Our next meeting will be on November 4th.

Parent Pickup & Drop-off
With the number of bus routes canceled this week, we want to remind you of our drop-off and pick-up procedures.
Both the front and athletic entrance doors will open at 7:10 am. Students WILL NOT be allowed into the building until this time. Students will go to their 1st-hour classrooms beginning at 7:25 am. PLEASE NOTE: We do not start school until 7:40 am.
• PARENT DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP: Use the Athletic Entrance parking lot, located off of Lincoln Street.
• BUS LANE: Located off of Division St. (10 Mile) and is for busses only from 7:00-7:40 am and from 2:00-3:00 pm. Please do NOT drop off students using the bus lanes.
- DURING DAY: If there is a need to pick up or drop off your student from an appointment, please continue to drop off or pick up at the main entrance. Call the office and they will assist with this process.
- MORNING: As you pull up to the athletic entrance, please pull all the way forward in the yellow drop zone. This will allow for the maximum number of students to be dropped off at one time, keeping traffic moving smoothly.
- AFTERNOON: Please park in a designated parking spot near the athletic entrance and have your student come out to you. Do not line up along the curb.
