Rendezvous: Wednesday 5-18-2022 @ 9:15 a.m.
Students will wear their “Idaho” t-shirts. They may also dress up like a Native American, Fur Trapper, Miner, or wear a flannel shirt.
The students will not have to ask someone to dance with them during the square dance. ;)
We will arrive at 9:15 a.m. The students are required to ride the bus.
Volunteering parents please meet us at 9:15 at the Ice Rink Garage Door.
We have ordered all students a sack lunch from the cafeteria, but students may also bring additional lunch items, their own sack lunch, or snacks if they would like.
Parent Volunteers are needed.
At the end, parents may check-out their own child with their classroom teacher. You may not take other students home.
Spring Assembly: Friday 5-20-2022 @ 9:30 a.m.
KidsCo. will present their spring performance for the school.
Students can wear their Idaho shirt if they would like.
Squid Dissection: Monday 5-23-2022 @ 9:00 a.m.
DO NOT wear your Idaho shirt, please.
Students will participate in the squid dissection lab outside this year. Being outside helps reduce the smell of the chemicals used to preserve the animal. If students have been fishing before, tell them not to worry it is really not that much different than cleaning a fish.
Parent Volunteers are needed. Contact your student's teacher to sign up.
Tautphaus Park Zoo: Tuesday 5-24-2022 @ 11:00 a.m.
Please have your child wear their 4th Grade “Idaho” shirt.
Students will walk to the Zoo with their classroom teacher.
Volunteering parents please arrive at the Zoo by 11 a.m. You will need to pay for your $7 admission ticket. Please arrive early so that you are ready to join your students at 11:15 a.m.
Student admission will be covered by the school.
We have ordered all students a sack lunch from the cafeteria, but students may also bring additional lunch items, their own sack lunch, or snacks if they would like.
They will be responsible for anything that they pack.
Students will not be allowed to purchase anything from the gift shop at the Zoo the day of the field trip. Please do not send money for souvenirs, however students may bring quarters for the petting zoo.
At the end, parents may check-out their own child with their classroom teacher. You may not take other students home.
Parent Volunteers are still needed. Please contact your child’s teacher to sign-up.
