STUDENTS MAY BE DROPPED OFF NO EARLIER THAN 7:50AM! STAFF WILL GREET STUDENTS AT THE DOORS AT 7:50AM!

Minutos de Sra. Hutchins

Hello Fronteras Families!

We hope everyone enjoyed the long 4-day weekend! Even with some students experiencing a late night of trick-or-treating on Sunday, the students came back ready to buckle down and tackle the week!

Next Thursday, November 11th, is a professional development day. No school for students. Fronteras staff will use that day to renew our CPR and 1st Aid certification.

Thank you to all who turned in a completed APC ballot to help elect the newest members of our positive and energetic APC board! A HUGE THANK YOU to parent Jen Manion, our outgoing APC Chair, for a job WELL DONE and so appreciated! Jen brought direction, laughter, and a team approach to each and every meeting! Thank you Jen, for your 4 years of volunteer service on the board and your work to grow Fronteras’ immersion program! It was a sincere pleasure working with you!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Enders, for the incredible donation of school supplies! We are so grateful for your generosity! Our students are so fortunate!

Upcoming: Our school spirit days are November 22, 23, 24. In addition, on November 24th, we will have a school-wide pie buffet before sending everyone off for the Thanksgiving break. Information for our spirit days and pie buffet will be shared as details are solidified.

As always, thank you for sharing your children with us!

Wishing everyone a fabulous weekend!

Mrs. Hutchins

Subway!

Subway forms are due every Tuesday by 2:30pm!

REMINDER: If your student is absent the day Subway is delivered the sandwich will be kept in the office fridge for one day, then thrown away. You are welcome to swing by the school and pick it up.

Scholastic Book Fair!

The Fair will run from October 15 through November 5.

There is a small display of books outside of the library for kids to look at, however, the fair is all online. This year we are asking our families to "shop" using this digital order form: https://neartail.com/sm/neZMp4EwH

After orders have been received, Scholastic will ship all items to the school for delivery. The money we make from the Book Fair allows us to add more books into the library!
