Lightning
When there is a lightning storm, most people know to stay inside. When lightning form, it is caused by charged particles in clouds and the ground has a negative charge, the posative charge from the clouds jump the the ground and cause a spark called lightning.
Thunder Storms
Thunderstorms are formed when the earth's surface heats up and goes through the process of conduction. They can be deadly to people and animals.
Blizzards
When there is a big snow storm practically. You want to sty inside, too. A lot of people get stranded and die.
Tornadoes
A tornado is is a high speed wind storm. It is very similar to a hurricane.
Hurricanes.
A hurricane is a huge storm mix between water and wind. They form in oceans. They can be HUGE! An example is hurricane Katrina.
