Big picture

The JC community is looking forward to a much-needed update of ADA accessibility, HVAC upgrades, and improved security. Our beautiful school that serves the entire Greenwich community is truly in need of these major renovations!

On Tuesday evening at 6:00 pm, The Board of Education will present the budget to the Board of Estimation and Taxation. Included in the BOE capital budget is 1.7 million dollars allocated for the design of upgrades to Julian Curtiss School. You can help by signing on and listening to the presentation and the Public Hearing. Many of our present and former parents will be speaking on behalf of our JC community. If we have a large showing at the Zoom meeting the BET members will know we are interested and in support of the budget.

Let’s make sure your elected officials are interested in improving the infrastructure of our schools! We want to provide our students with an optimal learning environment for years to come.
