(Ages 11-13)
The nationally-recognized instructional program is medically accurate, hands-on, and teaches boys and girls how to handle emergencies such as injury management and choking rescue while caring for children. Learn the basics of childcare through games, activities and role play. Course includes infant CPR as well as a kit with a manual, bag, etc. Please bring a sack lunch.Pricing:

Create a Pottery Masterpiece with Fishers Parks & Recreation
Celebrate spring by creating a pottery piece to display for years to come! Parents, register your little one ages 2 through 10 for an afternoon of clay creations, painting and quality time together. Baby Bird Pottery takes place on Saturday, April 16 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Roy G. Holland Memorial Park building. No prior experience is needed as children create a bird’s nest and eggs!
Baby Bird Pottery costs $15 for residents and $23 for nonresidents, and all supplies are provided for this program. Parents, this program requires a little extra help and your participation is required. Finished piece will be available for pick up seven days after the program concludes.

Parent Awareness Night
LIVING PROOF” Presented by Sarah Panzau Monday March 21st, 2016: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm HSE High School Leonard Auditorium Sponsored by HSE Parents-in-Partnership Terrance A. Smith Distributing Adults and teens are invited to see Sarah Panzau who is “Living Proof” that poor choices can have drastic consequences. Sarah, a former All-American student-athlete, shares her experiences as a victim of her own drunk-driving crash and talks to students about underage drinking, drunk driving, peer pressures, smart choices, respecting parents and rising above disabilities. Don’t miss this powerful message! Hamilton Southeastern High School is located at 13910 East 126th St in Fishers. Enter Auditorium at door #18. Seating is limited to 950, so arrive early to ensure you have a seat! Sarah will present to the Junior class at Fishers High School (March 21st) and to the Sophomore class at HSE High School (March 22nd).
