When we are stressed the following happens...
- Blood pressure rises
- Breathing becomes more rapid
- Digestive system slows down
- Immune system goes down
- Muscles become tense
- It becomes harder to sleep

My thoughts on stress..
I think that some reasons people are stressed personally is because they don't know what to do and they are lazy. A lot of people watch TV or surf the internet and that bores the mind. Sometimes you need to go outside for fresh air to get your mind off of things. Not only is it a good physical activity but it is an attempt to relax the mind.
