Free Virtual Screening of The Upstanders

Wednesday May 4th 7pm. Please join Counseling Service of Addison County (CSAC) in watching “The Upstanders,” finding strategies to overcome cyberbullying, next Wednesday May 4th at 7pm (virtual screening) as part of Mental Health Awareness month. The 56-minute film delves deep into cyber-bullying, showing the perspectives of those who bully, their victims, and of the bystander. Woven through this film is the very personal, first-hand account of a family’s tragic loss through suicide that inspired new legislation to turn the tide against this very real epidemic. Click here to watch the trailer.
and register here for the free virtual screening.

ART Performance: Never Before Scene

Join us at the career center as the Addison Repertory Theatre presents Never Before Scene: Ten Minute One Acts on May 5, 6, 12, and 13 at 7:00 pm. The show, which showcases new works created by the high school students of A.R.T. as part of the Vermont Young Playwrights festival, also features desserts provided by The Glass Onion (career center culinary program) at intermission. The evening of short comedies and dramas adds an additional element of surprise, as the audience chooses the order of the performances.
