Wednesday-Journal-This week we will celebrate Cornelia Connelly's birthday. How do you celebrate your birthday? Write at least 3 sentences telling what special things you do to celebrate your special day. Please include a picture, too!
Thursday-Catch up night! Please complete any unfinished work from the week. If there isn't anything in your folder, please take some time to review the spelling words. With the extra time you will have, find something FUN to do-play outside, read a favorite book, play a favorite game, the possibilities are endless!
Guidance Updates From Dr. Pannell
We will be making "animal houses" during guidance. Please send a shoe box with your child that can be used for the project, along with any other "found" objects that would be fun for making a house, including things like:
- cotton balls
- string / yarn / ribbon
- jewels
- little cardboard jewelry boxes
- pipe cleaners
- artificial leaves and flowers
- toilet paper and paper towel rolls
- fabric
Please send supplies to school with your child in a bag. The bag should be clearly labeled with your child's name. Please send to school no later than January 13.
