Pros and cons
The cons are, it is not a very sociable program like weight watchers. They don't have meetings it is a do it your self program and people might not have the self discipline.

My opinion
Working out and eating right with give you greta results without taking harmful supplements. Jillian Michaels has dedicated her life in to trying to make people healthy and lose weight a natural way.
