The 1960's William Condon attemted to decode a four-and-a-half second segment of film. He also spent a year in a half on a short segment of film, until, finally, in his peribherl vision.
Joseph Cappella: Teaches at the Annenberg School of Communication at the University of Pennsylvania. Cappella was with Tom Gau and and William Condon and was involved in the short film.
