CATCH UP ON DISTRICT NEWS
Please be sure to read the newest District Newsletter that comes out now every Friday. You can access all the issues here.
ATTENTION 5TH GRADE PARENTS
The Wisconsin Student Immunization law requires that all students entering the 6th grade receive a dose of Tdap vaccine. To be compliant with the school law, parents must provide their child’s school with proof of immunization or claim a waiver.
What to do:
Have your child vaccinated with Tdap vaccine if he or she has not already received the vaccine. Record the date of the immunization in the appropriate box on the attached student immunization record, sign the form, and return it to Robinwood. To claim a waiver for health, religious, or personal conviction reasons, follow the instructions on the student immunization record and return the signed form to your child’s school.
If you have any questions, please contact the school office.
Please click here for Immunization Fact Sheet for Parents.
Please click here for Student Immunization Record form/Waiver.
LIBRARY BOOKS ARE DUE BACK
All elementary library books are due back on May 31st (or please return tomorrow if you are reading this on Tuesday!). Middle school and High school books are due back June 3rd. Please look for any missing books in cars, under furniture, in your child’s classroom and return them to school. Families will receive a bill over summer for any library materials that are not returned. If items are found over the summer they can be returned to the ECC District Office and student accounts will be adjusted. If families would like to provide a replacement copy instead of paying for the item, the replacement copy may be sent to school in the fall. Thank you!
FPS TRANSPORTATION SURVEY
This past Wednesday, all families were sent an FPS Transportation Survey message. Please take the time to complete this survey once per child that was enrolled during this 2021-22 school year. This survey gives us data on who utilized our district transportation for state reports and the same survey also helps to communicate your bus riding needs for next year. Please click here to complete the survey before Friday, June 3rd at 11:59pm.
Notes:
If your student is currently a senior, please select Graduate and Does Not Require Bussing for the 22-23 school year
If your student will be driven to and from school, please DO NOT select transportation needed as a backup plan. Transportation can be added at any time during the school year by using this Bus Route Change or Addition Form
LAST CALL FOR LOST AND FOUND ITEMS!
Any unclaimed items will be donated. DEADLINE: Friday, June 3rd. Thank you for help!
MOVING OR TRANSFERRING?
If you know that you will be moving in the next few months or attending a different school next year please let the office know as soon as possible. It truly helps with our planning for next year. Please click here for the form and email it to Susan.Behrens@franklin.k12.wi.us.
