  • RHS is not handling any cash at the gates for any events. You need to go online to purchase your tickets. All tickets will be online via GoFan:

  • Band families can buy tickets before sales are opened up to the general public. Mr. Moon will be sending out a GoFan link on Monday morning, 9/14 to Pep Band families. You have from Monday at 8:00 AM until Thursday at 7:00 PM to purchase your tickets before the remainder of the allotment is rolled over into general admission.

  • Pep Band students DO NOT need to buy a ticket.

  • A Pep Band family can purchase up to TWO TICKETS. These tickets are for immediate family and school aged children. This is not a link to purchase friends’ tickets.

  • Band volunteers DO NOT need to buy a ticket. We are allowed to have only two parents and one photographer helping at these events.

  • Be sure to download the GoFan app to your phone. Tickets for event must be presented using your device; you CANNOT print tickets. ONLINE TICKETS are not scanned; they are redeemed at the gate. The “ticket taker” will touch your screen to redeem the tickets for you. When you buy your tickets “DO NOT CLICK REDEEM”

Please be aware that the Band’s Concession Stand (on the Visitor Side) is NOT open this season.

The Clear Bag Policy is still in effect!

If you haven’t ordered your Pep Band Jersey and horn covering, there is still time to get them before the first football game.

If you choose not to order a shirt and covering, your student is required to wear a black t-shirt and find their own black instrument cover.

Don’t forget to order your flip folder too! (Front Ensemble Members need a 1-inch Binder.)

See last week’s Stinger (9/3) for ordering details.

We will distribute all shirts and horn coverings on Friday, 9/18 prior to the game.

Next Friday is Senior Night! We are still awaiting final event details from the high school.

All Marching Band seniors and parents are invited to attend our annual RHS Band Senior Picnic before the Roswell/Centennial game! The picnic will be held outside in front of the auditorium doors by the bus lanes. Look for more information on Friday!

Thank you for your quick response to uploading medical forms to DragonFly MAX! We are almost at 100% compliance! Remember all Pep Band members are required to submit physical evaluation forms to participate in rehearsals and performances. Note: You must use the physical evaluation form found on DragonFly Max or the Roswell Athletics website. Both are acceptable.

To volunteer with the band, you must be registered with the Fulton County School District for the volunteer period of June 1, 2020 - May 30, 2022. All approved volunteers must re-apply for volunteer status every two calendar years. Any previous volunteer in the district must re-apply for this two-year period. Please take the time to complete this today!

The process for volunteering takes about 30 minutes total and includes about 20 minutes of online mandatory child abuse reporting training required by the State of Georgia for all volunteers.

The Band Booster Executive Board met on Wednesday, 9/9. Remember that board meetings are

open to all of our membership to attend unless student confidential information requires Board discussion and attention. You can find meeting minutes on our band web site here:
