I can infer that most parents don't know when their kid is being bullied.
I can infer bullying really get to people.
In the article it says 13 million people get bullied, so that means there are a lot of people that bully.
I also could tell that bullying happens in many different places by reading between the story's lines.
In the story it says that a girls high school was never the same, so I can infer that bullying can change your life forever if you don't do something.
