Preparing for gymnastics

Before the gymnasts goes out and performs they half to practice.So they have it perfect when the gymnast goes out the gymnest does great.When the gymnasts go out on the floor they bow then they do there performances.


Girls do backflips on the beam a lot to either perform

or just to practice.The beam is long so the girls and boys can do more stuff.
