40 Things to Give Up for Lent
This is the first in a series of articles by Pastor Phil Ressler about what we can give up for Lent. For each of the 40 days, he suggests one thing. For example, the first day is giving up the fear of failure. The second day is giving up your comfort zone. Beyond just the suggestions, each day has supporting Bible verses, a short video, questions to ponder, a plan of action and a reflection. Although Ressler is a Lutheran minister, his articles are denominational in their messages.
