Carlow Property Management
Carlow Property Management (CPM) was set up early in 2000 by Maura Fenlon, in response to the growing need for a professional and transparent property letting and management service in Carlow town and surrounds. The business quickly grew and in 2003 Maura opened the first office in Castle St. soon to take on CPMs first full time employee Sharon O’Leary.
Edwina Dooley Joined CPM in 2004, Eleanor (Fenlon) Wilds in 2005, and Caroline (Nolan) Goggin in 2006. The last recruit required a bigger office so CPM moved to their present spacious offices on Dublin St. next door to Bramley Jewellers. Maura is particularly proud that all original staff remain today (apart from Maternity breaks).
In 2005 Maura and Sharon commenced a two year auctioneering course which they successfully completed in 2007, gaining their Auctioneering licence in 2008. This enabled them to add property sales to the thriving letting and management business.
Many will remember Maura from her years as a swimming teacher and her voluntary 15 years as an Irish Water Safety Instructor and Examiner. Sadly, this ended as the CPM business grew demanding more of her time.
Maura and Sharon are members of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers) and CEI (Confederation Europeenne de I’immobilier which is the European Confederation of Real Estate Agents).
