4K Concert Reminders!
Concert Reminders
Please remember, students should report to school on Tuesday, May 23 as normal, and we will be taking students to the park by school bus. Please understand, for the safety of all children, you WILL NOT be able to bring your child to the concert, but are welcome to sign him/her out and take them home after the concert.
Riverside Park in Neenah is beautiful as it is located on the river, but that leads to our staff's biggest concerns for safety. We will bring children to the park on the buses and students will remain with their teachers, AT ALL TIMES, until the conclusion of the concert. Please do not call your child away from his/her teacher to visit with family or take individual pictures. You will have time after the concert to take family pictures. (Please note, however, the teachers will not be available for pictures as they will be supervising other students at this time.)
The dismissal form gives your child's teacher information on who will be dismissed at the park to an adult, and who will be returning on the bus to school. It is IMPERATIVE that you communicate, face-to-face, with your child's teacher and sign your child out before taking him/her from the supervision of our staff.
WEATHER REMINDER!
If the concert will be moved to your child's 4K site, an EMAIL and TEXT message will be sent out via the district Blackboard system
Thank you for your assistance and understanding in this very important matter!
Please contact Stacie Nelson at 751-6990 if you have any questions or concerns.
Is your child attending NJSD next school year?
