Babysitting Clinics Offered
The pre-registration deadline, April 6, is coming up for our Babysitting Clinics! Two separate locations will offer sessions. Clinics will run from 3:45 to 5:00 p.m.

The 15th annual Burt County Beef Preview will be held in Oakland on Saturday, April 2.

Shooting Sports Instructor Training
Interested in becoming a certified shooting sports leader? There will be a training held in Arlington at the Washington County Fairgrounds on April 17 and 18. The registration deadline is April 5. Fees are $100 for first-time certification and $90 to add a discipline for previously certified instructors.

Camp Opportunities and Scholarships
Interested in 4-H Summer Camps and Trips? Register before April 15, 2016 and get a 10% discount! For a list of Nebraska camps and dates visit the Nebraska 4-H website! The Cuming County 4-H Camp Scholarship application is now available on our website! Completed applications are due to the Extension Office by May 2.
4-H Club Grant Opportunity
Farm Credit Services of America has Grant Scholarships available to groups or organizations that are interested in doing community involvement programs or projects. They will award grants up $2,000 each for projects and organizations that make a positive, long-term impact in the areas of:
- Agriculture Education
- Young and Beginning Producers
- Hunger and Nutrition

Innovative Youth Corn Challenge
