Space Camp Reminders

HEALTH FORMS

If you have not done so already, please fill out a health form for Space Camp for your child. You can go online to your registration account to fill it out, or you can fill it out hard copy. Your child should have come home with a hard copy printed on orange paper. If not, the form is attached here if you would like to print it out at home. If you are unable to print and did not receive the orange hard copy, please email your homeroom teacher and let them know so they can send another one home.

Also, a reminder that this is NOT an overnight trip. We will return to the school every afternoon and leave from the school every morning.

Thank you for all of your help! Space Camp is only about a month away!
